Piuttosto che un multi-effetti, JHS ha scelto un approccio diretto: un \u003cstrong\u003eboost pulito in stile preamplificatore\u003c\/strong\u003e e un \u003cstrong\u003eecho\/slap delay\u003c\/strong\u003e corto, ispirato agli echi vintage, per ritrovare quel timbro \"alla vecchia maniera\" e quel rimbalzo ritmico tipico, senza regolazioni inutili.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003ePer chi, per quali stili e in quali contesti?\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eLa JHS The Milkman si rivolge ai chitarristi che vogliono \u003cstrong\u003eesaltare il suono dell'amplificatore\u003c\/strong\u003e piuttosto che trasformarlo: perfetta per country, rockabilly, blues, rock roots, Americana, indie, pop e tutto ciò che richiede uno slapback pulito e dinamico. Dal vivo, è perfetta su un pedalboard minimalista: un colpo di boost per emergere nel mix, uno slap corto per addensare il suono, e basta. In studio, apporta rapidamente quel \"rilievo\" che dà l'impressione che una traccia sia già prodotta, senza sovraccaricare lo spazio.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eControlli, funzionamento ed ergonomia: tutto è dove deve essere\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003ePer quanto riguarda il delay, The Milkman propone un approccio molto \"plug and play\" con regolazioni pensate per restare nella zona utile: \u003cstrong\u003eSlap\u003c\/strong\u003e (tempo), \u003cstrong\u003eMix\u003c\/strong\u003e (livello effetto), \u003cstrong\u003eRepeat\u003c\/strong\u003e (numero di ripetizioni) e \u003cstrong\u003eEQ\u003c\/strong\u003e (brillantezza delle ripetizioni). La regolazione EQ agisce solo sulle ripetizioni: utile per passare da un eco scuro e ovattato a uno slap più brillante che spicca nel plettro. Per il boost, un controllo \u003cstrong\u003eBoost\u003c\/strong\u003e (volume) è sufficiente per andare da un aumento discreto a una vera spinta d'amplificatore. I due footswitch (Slap e Boost) rendono l'uso immediato, con true bypass per mantenere il segnale intatto quando tutto è spento.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eIl suono\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eIl \u003cstrong\u003eboost pulito\u003c\/strong\u003e è progettato per conservare l'attacco e le armoniche: può essere usato come \"always-on\" per dare più corpo e presenza, oppure diventare un attivatore naturale di breakup su un amplificatore a bassa potenza. Il \u003cstrong\u003edelay corto\u003c\/strong\u003e è preciso e vivo: a 0 ms crea un doppiaggio stretto che addensa un riff o una melodia\u0026#59; aumentando il tempo si ottiene uno slapback espressivo, poi un eco corto che apre lo spazio senza confondere il suono. L'EQ sulle ripetizioni permette di regolare la posizione del delay nel mix (più scuro dietro il suono, o più brillante per un effetto più presente). Tra gli artisti associati a questa pedale troviamo in particolare \u003cstrong\u003eMiles Kane\u003c\/strong\u003e e \u003cstrong\u003eJulian Lage\u003c\/strong\u003e, prova che The Milkman si integra
